Candidates are given access to rich learning materials to prepare with prior to the face-to-face element of the course. The materials step away from the traditional "textbook" method of teaching and give insight into real-life ICU decisions and practices.
Candidates synthesise their knowledge by applying it to common, challenging case scenarios in a supportive and knowledgeable environment.
The course closes with enjoyable, high-fidelity simulation and debrief. There is no pass/fail element, so candidates are free to learn at their own pace without unnecessary pressure.
